I hope this email finds you well. I am emailing from The Grand Appeal, Bristol Children’s Hospital Charity as we have just received a very generous cheque of £2,000 from The Prison Service Charity Fund. This was bought into us today from Julian Hargreaves who works for the prison service and the grandmother of one our patients at Bristol Children’s Hospital.
We will be putting your kind donation to support an initiative called ‘Archers Trolleys’ where we will have lots of crafting materials and toys for children to play with when they are being cared for on the cancer unit at the hospital. Your donation will make such a difference to providing these patients with something fun to do and distract them when receiving treatment and we really are so grateful for your support.
