Good Morning John,
I wanted to personally thank you from everyone at St Columba’s for the very generous donation to our school. This money will help provide some of our most vulnerable pupils, with a space where they can regulate their emotions. This is a safe and calm environment where they can develop strategies to build their resilience, improve their mental health and wellbeing. It is also ideal for pupils with special educational needs to have breaks, sensory time and intervention sessions to support their learning. I will share some pictures of the ‘Thrive Room’ when it is completed and launched in September.
