Special Christmas Donation to Shooting Star Cancer Support
I am writing again to thank you and your committee for this further donation of £500 which is so very much appreciated by our charity, this on top of your previous wonderful donation following the marathon run by Steffi Lakes.
As a reasonably small charity in this area, your support is incredibly helpful in our work to help the working of the Shooting Star Unit in the Wrexham Maelor Hospital, as well as the specialist oncology departments, and we are continuing with the purchase of equipment whenever we receive requests.
We have managed to purchase so many items of equipment over the years that we will be erecting a second honours board at the unit next year and it is all thanks to the wonderful support we continue to receive from people like you, your committee and, of course, the wonderful Steffi!
